1. Introduction

Welcome to Niyyah Edge. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

• The first month will be a pro rata payment via Stripe (Visa or Mastercard).

• Niyyah Edge will bill you in 30 day cycles on the 1st day of each month.

• Our expectation is that you trial us for a minimum of 3 months to prove results; thereafter it’s a monthly rolling contract. You may cancel by providing 30 days' notice in writing and explaining the reason for leaving.

• We may ask you to complete a short 10 minute survey every 3–6 months to help improve our AI services. If you decide to depart, upon written notice we will invite you to an exit interview for feedback and a brief 10 minute questionnaire.

• We expect prompt communication, at least once every 24 hours, to maintain momentum.

• For any concerns or issues, please schedule a call with us so we can attempt to resolve them before deciding next steps.

• If you are happy with our services, after a suitable period (weeks or months) we may request a video and written testimonial, and we may also feature your brand logo on our website or business materials.
